Note*2 APR 1911 He has not been found in the 1911 census. By this time the family he was living with in 1901 has been dispersed among various public shelters and homes. on 2 APR 1911.6 
Note He is probably the father of several of Sarah Ann Oddy's children born around and after 1901. Only one was recoded on the birth register as Gowers, Frederick John. However he was always called 'Brown' later.4
